To support the compliance department in implementing control procedures, ensuring organizational activities adhere to
internal policies and humanitarian standards, and contributing to monitoring and improving systems that promote
transparency and accountability.
Communication and coordination
He/She will be responsible for, but not limited to:
▪ collecting and reviewing documents for completeness and compliance .
▪ Support the auditing of files (programs, logistics, HR, etc.).
▪ Review distribution records and field activity reports from a compliance perspective.
▪ Help follow up on recommendations from internal and external audit reports.
▪ Contribute to follow-up of legal requirements according to humanitarian work-related laws and regulations.
▪ Support awareness efforts on integrity and transparency among field teams.
▪ Archive documents and data according to compliance protocols.
▪ Report any non-compliance or operational risks.
▪ Contribute to the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and work processes
Technical knowledge
• A university degree or diploma in management, accounting, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Office).
• Good command of the English language.
• Preferably, experience in a related field (Finance, audit, Accounting, Management, Supply chain, etc) .
• Preference will be given to candidates with compliance experience within NGOs or INGOs
