Valid TRI authorization on A320.
2. Minimum Total Flying Hours: 7000 (including at least 2000 on Airbus A320).
3. Minimum 200 hours of instructional experience.
4. Valid ATPL and Class 1 Medical.
5. Leadership and excellent communication skills.

Valid ICAO (EASA/FAA) ATPL with a corresponding Class 1 medical certificate that meets ICAO standards Sources.
2. ATPL and Class 1 medical must be valid or convertible under the Syrian Civil Aviation Authority (ICAO-recognized).
3. Current and valid A320 Type Rating.
4. Minimum Total Flight Hours should be ≥6000 hours for CPT / 2000 PIC on Airbus A320.
5. ICAO English certificate ≥Level 5 .
6. No accident/incident history.
7. Last flight on A320 within the past 06 Months.
8. Excellent decision making ability and clear, effective communication skills.
