Social Development International SDI is a non-profit NGO established in 2015 and daily registered in Turkey, which provides humanitarian assistance to affected people in Syria.
SDI services cover northern Syria through its programs, SNFIs, Health, Nutrition, Education, WASH, Protection, FSL, and CCCM.
collecting and reviewing documents for completeness and compliance.
• Support the auditing of files (programs, logistics, HR, etc.).
- Review distribution records and field activity reports from a compliance perspective.
- Help follow up on recommendations from internal and external audit reports.
- Contribute to follow-up of legal requirements according to humanitarian work-related laws and regulations.
- Support awareness efforts on integrity and transparency among field teams.
- Archive documents and data according to compliance protocols.
- Report any non-compliance or operational risks.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and work processes.
- A university degree or diploma in management, accounting, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Office).
- Good command of the English language.
- Preferably, experience in a related field (Finance, audit, Accounting, Management, Supply chain, etc).
- Preference will be given to candidates with compliance experience within NGOs or INGOs.
