  1. Receive and save data.

  2. Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, review data for deficiencies.

  3. Maintain data entry requirements by following procedures.

  4. Check the accuracy of data; verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.

  5. Secure information by completing database backups.

6. Maintain accurate and un to date data

  1. Archive related documents (Filled forms, Empty forms,) by following the archiving

  2. Any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of work.

  1. Intermediate institute degree as a minimum.

  2. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

  3. M.S project is extra.
    Good knowledge of KOBO and SPSS.

S. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and objective judgments Strong organizational and team working skills.

  1. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  2. Ability to perform under pressure, work independently and respect deadines.
