Job Summary
The Health Program Nurse is responsible for ensuring, monitoring and evaluating all patient nursing care related activities in the MMU by providing effective nursing leadership and providing care and treatments to patients, respecting at all times, the rules of hygiene, safety, comfort, dignity, medical secret and patient confidentiality in the targeted locations in Syria.
Job Duties
- Providing support in the clinical supervision and training (e.g. triage, workflow, stock keeping, effective assistance, proper documentation, health education, etc.) based on identified needs.
- Knowing, promoting, implementing and following the universal hygiene standards/ precautions, bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security rules and other protocols and procedures in the medical premises and ensuring high standards of hygiene of his/her working environment.
- Respecting patient confidentiality at all times
- Collaborating closely with the team in order to provide continuous quality of care and ensuring that patient interest and autonomy are respected at all times.
- Providing support in ensuring proper and timely collection and registration of data for outpatient consultations and participating in monthly reporting according to management guidelines

Education / Experience Needed
• RN or BSN from a certified, licensed college or university is required.
• 3 years related working experience in hospital or clinic setting
• Experience in low-resource setting
