Lead and coordinate the implementation of the Food Security and Livelihood (FSL) project, ensuring achievement of the defined objectives within the approved timeframe and budget, while adhering to organizational policies and quality standards.
*Lead and coordinate all phases of project implementation in accordance with the approved plan
*Maintain effective communication with farmers’ associations, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and partnership.
*Monitor field activities and ensure compliance with timelines and achievement of targeted results.
*Prepare accurate periodic progress reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
*Manage the project team and provide technical and administrative support to ensure effective performance.
*Oversee the project budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
*Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and accountability principles.
Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or an equivalent field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years in project management within food security, livelihoods, or agricultural development programs.
Skills:
*Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and/or livestock management.
*Familiarity with humanitarian standards and donor compliance.
Other Requirements:
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
*Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
*Ability to work under pressure and travel to field locations when required.
