We are looking for a skilled Chef specialized in Levantine (Lebanese/Syrian) cuisine to join our team outside Lebano.
Candidates should be willing to relocate abroad and passionate about authentic dishes such as shawarma, grills, mezze and traditional Lebanese/Syrian dishes.
Prepare authentic Levantine(Lebanese/Syrian) dishes.
Contribute to menu development.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Oversee daily kitchen operations efficiently.
Maintain high standards in taste, presentation and portion control.
Proven experience as a chef or cook in Levantine (Lebanese/Syrian) cuisine.
Experience in shawarma preparation is a strong plus.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Good English communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
Willingness to relocate abroad (Southeastern Europe).
