Create and update employee accounts across the organization's systems and applications, with a particular focus on the Health Information Management System (HIMS).
- Allocate technical resources such as email accounts and cloud storage according to organizational policies.
- Configure and update user access permissions based on staff roles and operational requirements.
- Provide first-level technical support to users regarding login issues, password resets, and system access.
- Monitor the performance of internal applications to ensure smooth operation.
- Detect technical issues and software vulnerabilities and work on resolving them.
- Propose and implement technical and software solutions that enhance the efficiency and reliability of systems.
- Actively contribute to the digital transformation team in improving digital processes and ensuring their integration with health and administrative program needs.
- Ensure continuity of technical services through regular monitoring, backup procedures, and the application of information security best practices.
- Strictly adhere to humanitarian principles, protection standards, and organizational policies, including the Code of Conduct, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), and Child Safeguarding.
Qualifications:
Context/Specific skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in systems administration, technical support, or software development.
- Previous experience with Health Information Management Systems is considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of email applications and cloud storage platforms.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Hands-on experience in developing software and applications using technologies such as React and Flutter.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to manage time and set priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proven ability to respond effectively to technical issues under pressure.
- Good command of English, particularly in technical terminology. Requirements
