The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the Country Director.
Provides administrative support and assistance to the Country Director.
● Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
● Arranges travel and accommodations for CD.
● Schedules and attends meetings with the CD, taking notes and recording minutes.
● Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of CD, reviews content, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
● Schedules and attend the monthly Syria Relief Committee meetings, taking notes and recording minutes.
● Provides assistance to the CD in tracking the action plans resulting from meetings.
● Provides assistance to the CD in managing the operational plan and the HOS meeting matrix.
● Maintains and archives the decisions of the BOD and ERC.
● Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
● Arrange the schedule of the CD.
● Performs additional duties as assigned by the CD.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
