• Coordinate and manage data collection processes for health, nutrition, and protection projects.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the organization's databases.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive databases for tracking project related data.

• Regularly update and clean datasets to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

• Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to support programmatic decision-making

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols.

• Ensuring proper archiving and documentation of all project-related data and information.

• Develop and implement data collection tools and processes, including surveys, questionnaires, and data entry forms

• Provide data visualization and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

• Work closely with program teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support in data management and analysis.

• Provide training and capacity-building support to program staff on data collection, management, and analysis

• Represent the organization information management forums and working groups.

• Participate in regular project review meetings.

• Any Other tasks requested by the direct supervisor

Education:

  • Related University Degree

Required Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in information management, data analysis, M&E, or similar roles within NGOs, UN agencies, or humanitarian/development organizations

Highly Desirable Work Experience

  • Demonstrated experience working on the Syria response and/or a strong understanding of the country’s context and that of the wider Syrian crisis.
  • Knowledge of, and commitment to, humanitarian standards and codes of conduct.
