The Trainer will design and deliver capacity-building sessions on trauma-informed care and transitional justice for institutional actors and community stakeholders under the BRIDGE project
The Facilitator will lead community dialogue sessions under the BRIDGE project, ensuring safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed engagement
Facilitate dialogue sessions

Manage group dynamics
Document discussions
Coordinate logistics
Ensure safeguarding
Support reporting
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
2+ years facilitation experience
Strong community engagement background
Knowledge of conflict sensitivity
Strong communication skills
