The Midwife implements activities related to sexual and reproductive health in DDD Clinics;

Medical Care

·       To share in consultations in Sexual and Reproductive Health unit

·            Antenatal consultations

·            Post-partum consultations

·            Family planning

·            Health education

·            Referral any abnormal cases to OB/GYN.

·       She will be responsible of quality of consultations:

·            Performs test if required and available

·            Records vital sign

·            Documents in a proper way patients file

·            Distribute drugs to the patients deterred by direct manager

·            To follow DDD and international standard protocols

·       To refer to OBGYN for antenatal ultrasound or any sick woman

·       To refer to OBGYN complicated cases or refer to hospital if required.

Management, organization of the center and monitoring process:

·       Data collection on ANC, PNC, and Family planning consultations.

·       Work closely with Team Leader to ensure quality of care.

·       To transmit the monitoring data to the Team Leader.

·       To fill the patient file

·       To fill tally sheets, referral form and referral registration

·       AOB requested by Direct manager

Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within Dünya Doktorları Derneği and amongst beneficiaries served by Dünya Doktorları Derneği.
