The Program Coordinator is responsible for leading the design, coordination, and implementation of multi-sectoral humanitarian programs. This includes developing high-quality project proposals, ensuring effective cross-departmental collaboration, and overseeing the full project cycle in alignment with donor requirements and organizational standards
Lead the drafting of concept notes and full proposals in coordination with technical teams.
Conduct needs assessments and data analysis to inform project design.
Develop logical frameworks, indicators, and detailed work plans.
Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure budget accuracy and feasibility.
Ensure proposals align with donor guidelines and strategic priorities.
Facilitate regular coordination meetings with technical, MEAL, finance, and logistics departments.
Ensure timely flow of information between field teams and support units.
Liaise with local authorities, community representatives, and implementing partners.
Monitor compliance with internal policies and donor regulations.
Develop and monitor detailed implementation plans across sectors.
Track progress against key performance indicators and adjust plans as needed.
Supervise field activities and provide technical support to project teams.
Ensure integration and synergy between sectors (Food, WASH, Education, etc.).
Prepare high-quality progress reports, final reports, and donor updates in English.
Maintain organized records of project documentation, beneficiary data, and field evidence.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Contribute to lessons learned and best practices for future programming.
