Design and develop new systems with an emphasis on minimized maintenance requirements, as well as maintain and enhance existing systems. Systems analysis design and debugging of new systems.
Prepares system software installation by studying software capabilities and operations, including task scheduling, memory management, file system, and input and output requirements.
Detects work stoppage or errors by conducting tests, monitoring output.
Corrects work stoppages or errors by entering code changes. Optimizes system efficiency by analysing performance indicators, changing software.
Analysis of system and diagramming of databases.
Ensure that suitable documentation (Arabic detailed and English summary) is developed for each database and software.
Proactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts, and procedures as appropriate to project requirements.
Ensure the backup, archives, and availability of data per Project and Program.
Train the team (HR, M&E, Data, Secretary, etc.) for the use of the M.I.S. tools and make induction for the newly recruited staff.
Prepare the required reports.
University degree in Information Engineering or Equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the area of M.I.S.
Knowledge in developing and managing databases (SQL proficiency...).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Access, Visio
Frontend Development: Proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, Query, and CSS for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
Backend Development: Experience with ASP.NET, CA, and VBA.
Listening skills, ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong ability to work independently, organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, delegate work, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
