We are looking for a Focal Point - Education who is going to be responsible for providing educational support to children and students who need educational support.
Providing beneficiaries with all kinds of Educational Support in coordination with the Education Coordinator according to a yearly and monthly action plans which might be adapted following to the needs and circumstances.
Presenting reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to Education Coordinator.
Monitoring all the educational activities inside and outside the child protection friendly space.
Monitoring the performance of students and lecturers, as well as the student's educational curriculum.
Monitoring the educational background of the students registered in the centers.
Suggesting educational programs or activities according to the needs assessment.
All other volunteering tasks might be required to improve working process.
Essentials
Bachelor's Degree is a minimum requirement.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the educational field
Good communication skills.
Good command of the English language.
Good command of MS Word and Excel.
Desirable
Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines.
Time Management skills.
Commitment to the vision, mission, values, principles, and aims of GOPA-DERD.
Flexibility and ability to easily adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced work environment.
