1. Project Management and Coordination

• Manage the full project cycle of WASH projects (planning, implementation, monitoring, closure).
• Develop workplans and timelines and track progress in the field.
• Ensure adherence to international WASH standards (Sphere, WHO, UNICEF, WASH Cluster).
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure high-quality and efficient implementation.

2. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance

• Track project indicators and progress towards objectives.
• Participate in MEAL activities and contribute to performance improvement.
• Ensure the implementation of accountability and feedback mechanisms.

3. Coordination and Partnerships

• Coordinate with local authorities, partners, and other humanitarian actors.
• Represent the organization in WASH Cluster meetings and relevant forums.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships to enhance project impact.
• Facilitate communication between field teams and senior management.

4. Technical Support and Planning

• Contribute to project proposal development and technical budgeting.
• Conduct or support needs assessments and provide recommendations for program design.
• Provide technical guidance to teams on WASH activities and standards.
• Participate in sectoral and partial strategic planning within WASH programs.

5. Team Management and Capacity Building

• Provide guidance and support to field teams.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of project staff.
• Delegate tasks and follow up on daily performance.
• Promote a collaborative and productive team environment.

6. Administration and Documentation

• Ensure proper documentation of all project phases (activities, contracts, photos, reports).
• Maintain organized archiving systems for easy access.
• Support the preparation of donor reports and final project documentation.
