- Monitor fuel consumption across facilities and prepare reports in line with organizational and departmental policies.
- Coordinate the receipt of purchased goods between suppliers and the warehouse unit.
- Follow up on maintenance activities taking place in the facilities.
- Track vehicle mileage and maintain related documentation.
- Conduct regular asset tracking and inventory checks, verify their technical condition, and submit inventory reports to the line manager.
- Strictly adhering to humanitarian and protection principles and standards, as well as organizational policies, including the Code of Conduct, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), and Child Protection.

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Good command of the English language is preferred.
- Previous experience working with humanitarian organizations is an asset.
