Purchase of services (Trainer)

1. Training topic:
   • PEACE-ORIENTED MEDIA COVERAGE
2. General Objective:
   • To train -physically-36 thirty-six journalists and influencers from the different Syrian regions (24 in Damascus and 12 in Qamishli) according to the timetable that will be agreed upon on Peace-oriented media coverage.
3. The Detailed tasks:
   • Preparing a training package to enhance the capabilities of 36 journalists in Peace-oriented media coverage (supervision of the SCM team).
   • Review the training package with the team to ensure that the training meets the needs of the target group and contributes to achieving the project objectives.
   • Conduct and manage training in person (in Damascus and Qamishli).
   • Preparing evaluation tools for the training, such as pre- and post-assessments of knowledge.
   • Modifying and developing the training package based on the outcomes of the questionnaire and the training implemented.
   • Submitting the final training report, which should include:
     • Analyzing the results of pre- and post-questionnaires.
     • Knowledge development.
     • Lessons learned and recommendations.
     • Documenting the training outcomes.
     • Attendance records.
