Job Purpose
The social worker takes care of the teachers' children inside the school, from infancy to four years of age, with the aim of providing them with a safe and caring environment during working hours. This service contributes to enabling female teachers to perform their teaching duties in comfort and peace of mind, by ensuring a reliable and suitable place to care for their children within the school.
- Full childcare (from 0 to 4 years) within the school.
- Providing a safe, clean environment, suitable for growth and development.
- Continuously monitoring children's physical and psychological safety.
- Organizing simplified and age-appropriate play and education activities for children.
- Providing support with nutrition, hygiene, changing diapers, and organizing rest times.
- Daily communication with mothers (teachers) to inform them of their children's condition and needs.
- Adherence to school policies regarding child protection, health and safety.
- Baccalaureate - Kindergarten Institute At least 1–2 years.
- Practical experience in childcare or working with young people.
- Knowledge of the stages of child development and the principles of sound care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and mothers.
- Be patient, calm, and able to deal with various daily situations.
