
Contribute to the planning, preparation, and implementation of formal and non-formal education activities (such as remedial, catch-up, and bridging programs) in coordination with Education Officers and Team Leaders. - Provide ongoing technical guidance and daily support to Education Assistants, TLC facilitators, and school staff to ensure adherence to education standards, effective delivery of lessons, and proper child-centered approaches. - Supervise field-level implementation in assigned TLCs or school extensions, ensuring activities are progressing according to work plans, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. _Support in the organization and facilitation of capacity-building activities, including training sessions, coaching, and on-the-job mentoring for Education Assistants, teachers and facilitators to enhance their professional and technical skills. _Collect, verify, and compile accurate data from TLCs, school extensions and schools on enrollment, attendance, teaching performance, and learning outcomes. Ensure all center-level data, reports, and documentation are well archived (both soft and hard copies) and shared with the Education Officer in a timely manner. _Conduct regular field visits to monitor teaching practices, learning environments, and participation of children, ensuring activities meet quality standards and child protection principles. Provide feedback and support continuous improvement. _Maintain regular coordination and communication with TLC management, school principals, education committees, and local community representatives to facilitate activity implementation, resolve challenges, and strengthen community engagement. _Identify education-related needs (cash, material, or technical) at field level and report them promptly to the Education TLs for action and follow-up. _Collaborate closely with MEAL staff to ensure the collection and submission of accurate indicator data, participation in assessments, and support data verification and analysis processes. _Contribute to the preparation of implementation plans, activity schedules, and progress reports. Support logistical arrangements and coordination for training, distributions, or events. _Participate in the recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring of Education Assistants, teachers and facilitators, ensuring clarity of roles and compliance with PIN policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in faculty of (Education, Department of Classroom Teaching) or, psychology, , Arabic literature, English Literature, or BA in Maths, sport, or Science.( Mandatory) • At least 2 years of relevant experience in education or child Protection programming. • Strong communication, supervision, Leadership and coordination skills. • Proven experience in Education and/or (Child) Protection programming, with expertise in referral pathways and integrating protection principles into educational centers. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience in working with children and vulnerable populations. • Fluent in Arabic; basic English skills for reporting. • Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently to the field. • Familiarity with humanitarian principles and standards
