Bonyan is an independent non-profit organization established in 2004 in Aleppo, Syria, and officially licensed in Turkey in 2014. Our response program focuses on three main areas: Education, Protection, and Livelihoods.

The IT Officer plays a central role in keeping Bonyan’s technology running smoothly. This position ensures that staff have the tools and support they need to work efficiently—whether it’s setting up email accounts, troubleshooting network issues, or keeping our systems secure and up to date.
From managing Microsoft 365, G Suite, and other platforms, to handling backups, hardware repairs, and software updates, the IT Officer is the go-to person for day-to-day tech support. They also help new staff get connected, follow up on technical problems, and make sure everything from printers to internet connections is working as it should.
Another key part of the role is overseeing our ERP system (Odoo). The IT Officer manages user access, works with the service provider when issues come up, and supports staff in using the system effectively.
In short, the IT Officer helps everyone at Bonyan stay connected, supported, and secure—making sure our work doesn’t get held back by technical issues.
Academic Qualifications:
BA in IT or a relevant field of study.
