Know, apply, and make sure universal hygiene standards. Ensure asepsis rules during all nursing cares. Ensure quality of the sterilization process.

·       Ensure that patient privacy and confidentiality are respected.

·       Perform Injections whenever needed and according to the doctor prescriptions.

·       Perform wound dressing when required and according to the standard of hygiene and medical precaution and suture the simple cutting depending on doctor explanation.

·       Take vital signs for all patients in sharing with nurse assistants.

·       Filling patient files in nurse file in sharing with nurse assistants depending on manager explanation.

·       Do triage for patients.

·       Take the weight and height of the patients less than 5 and only the weight for more than 5

·       Malnutrition scan for all children between 6 months to 5 years.

·       Carry out, when necessary, education of the patient (and family)

Filling Medical papers

·       Filling DDD files depending on direct line explanation

·       Write the treatment on prescription depending on direct line recommendation

·       Filling tally sheets forms, outpatient’s form, referral forms, referral registration and daily morbidity.

Reporting

·       Provide a mission report and/or handover document at the end of contract.

Other

·       Any other related DDD tasks as assigned by supervisor/line manager.
