Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
- Essential:
- A university degree or at least a university student in education, psychology, or in a field closely related to the required work.
- Work experience in managing cases of gender-based violence survivors for at least two years.
- Experience in other GBV activities for at least two years.
- At least one year case management supervisor experience.
- Full knowledge of basic and additional trainings such as managing cases of gender-based violence, studying the risks and types of GBV, training supervision on case management, studying the risks and types of GBV, training of trainers in gender-based violence.
- Good background in dealing with the target group.
- Familiarity with and commitment to humanitarian standards.
Desirable:
- Master's degree in Education or Social Sciences.
- More than three years of professional experience in the same position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
