
Job Overview/Summary:
The Safeguarding and Safe, Inclusive and Transformative Programming (SITP) Manager will support the IRC’s efforts to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace and programming environment through the implementation of safeguarding and SITP practices across People & Culture functions, operational systems, programs, and partnerships.
The role will focus primarily on safeguarding in operations and workforce culture, while also providing technical support to ensure SITP principles are integrated into program design, implementation, and partner support. The Manager will coordinate closely with the Violence Prevention and Response Unit (VPRU), program leadership, and partnership teams to strengthen safeguarding and SITP across all aspects of the Syria Country Program.
