Monitoring and evaluating needs related to psychosocial support at the beginning and end of the project to measure the extent of development and change.
Developing scientific content, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, (MHPSS) activities, and intervention plans for individuals and groups.
Accompanying children and Families by providing appropriate psychological and emotional support at both individual and group levels.
Collaborating with the field visit team as needed.
Participating in the implementation the awareness sessions.
Providing necessary psychosocial support to the team at all intervention levels.
Entering, documenting and archiving relevant data.
Referring cases in coordination with the Case Workers.
University Degree preferably in psychology, sociology, Humanities, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 professional years of experience in the field.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of MS office pack. Especially: Excel, Word.
Demonstrated strong analytical, time management strategic thinking and planning skills.
Ability to work in multicultural environment.
