AF Development Care (AFDC) is thrilled to launch the Young Women’s Humanitarian Leadership Program, an exclusive six-month unpaid internship (July to December 2025) designed to empower young women from select countries to become trailblazers in humanitarian aid and international development. As a participant, you’ll:

- Receive Ongoing Mentorship: Get personalized guidance to refine your skills and chart your career path
- Young women (age 24 or under) who are fresh graduates or nearing graduation.
- Residents of Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Iran, Turkey, Jordan, or Syria.
- Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (program conducted in English).
- Passionate about humanitarian aid and committed to making a difference.
- No prior experience required—just enthusiasm and dedication!
