Position Overview
The Logistics Officer will operate under the direct supervision of the Operations Expert and provide effective and efficient logistics support for WHH operations in Syria. The role covers key responsibilities in:
Asset Management
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Fleet Management
Office & Guesthouse Management
Program Support & Coordination
Reporting & Documentation
Qualifications
Education & Experience
University degree or colleague diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a non-profit/humanitarian setting.
Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in logistics, fleet, asset, and warehouse management.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with logistics management systems is a plus.
Experience of managing fleet wave system will be an asset.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of supervising support staff.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Language Requirements
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.

The Logistics Officer is expected to maintain strict confidentiality on all matters and information obtained during employment with WHH and beyond.
