Managing the logistics and purchasing operations of the department and distributing tasks within the department in coordination with the administration in the Turkey office in accordance with the policies and procedures of the authority.

  1. Receiving purchase orders for all projects from the Turkey office and distributing them to the team for implementation while following up on requests and all updates and providing advice and advice to the team
  2. Participate in budgeting for projects with regard to procurement processes
  3. Follow up the logistic work with the logistic team, receiving operations, and submit weekly and monthly reports to the direct manager
  4. High coordination with departments and project management to secure internal purchases and share all required papers and documents
  5. The ability to carry out all the tasks of the procurement department within the specified time frame and according to the required quality
  6. Carry out the implementation of the integrated process of internal purchases / purchase orders - purchase orders - search for suppliers - quotations - price analysis - invoices - conformity to specifications - contracts - follow up the suppliers' implementation of what is agreed upon .... etc. / according to the policies and procedures of the authority
  7. Receiving and liquidating the financial covenant with the financial officer after carrying out the procurement process, with providing all the necessary and supporting documents for disbursement at the time and quality required in accordance with the work / financial and procurement policies /
  8. Issuing a registration record for suppliers showing all supplier data and the constant search for new suppliers to reach the best prices and the best goods and services
  9. Maintaining and storing all required papers in the purchasing cycle

  11. Follow up on contracts that are still being implemented and ensure that they are within the specified time, follow up on suppliers and coordinate to ensure delivery

Note: the above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department organizational chart.

  1. Essential:
    • Institute or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, or related fields.
    • Two years of progressive professional experience.
    • Advanced level in English.
  2. Desirable:
    • MBA or master’s degree in business administration, or related fields.
    • More than two years of progressive professional experience.
