Community Committees Members play a key role in strengthening engagement with local communities in Eastern Aleppo neighborhoods. They actively support the selection of beneficiaries, organize awareness-raising activities, and help monitor service accessibility among target groups. Members act as a liaison between the project team and the community, contributing to
community-based activity implementation.
• Support the identification of eligible beneficiaries based on the project's selection criteria, in coordination with the project team.
• Participate in organizing and conducting awareness sessions on the project and the rights of persons with disabilities and caregivers.
• Assist in promoting activities within community centers and distributing flyers and brochures.
• Report community feedback, concerns, suggestions to the project management team regularly.
• Help monitor field activities and inform the team of any challenges faced by beneficiaries.
• Uphold confidentiality, non-discrimination, and a strong sense of responsibility toward the community.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with beneficiaries.
