Accompany the families through periodic visits and assess their needs fairly and responsibly.
Assess the individual or family's circumstances, including living conditions, health, education, employment, and social support systems.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of each home visit, including assessments, action plans, and family information.
Archive families records and make the needed amendment when necessary.
Conduct community outreach activities to raise awareness about available services and identify individuals or families who may benefit from support
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds and experiences when interacting with families.
Intermediate institute certificate as minimum.
Compassion and commitment for refugees and other displaced persons.
Neutrality and openness to the other in terms of religion, race, and social status.
Good knowledge of MS office pack. Especially: Excel, Word.
Ability to perform under pressure, work independently and respect deadlines.
Ability to work in multicultural environment
