  • Capture photos, videos, and other multimedia content from field activities and events.
  • Assist in drafting stories, press releases, and updates about projects and beneficiaries.
  • Support the development of graphics, posters, and visual materials for communication campaigns.
  • Ensure media content aligns with organizational branding, ethical standards, and humanitarian principles.
  • Manage content upload and updates on social media platforms, websites, and other channels.
  • Monitor social media engagement and provide basic analytics reports.
  • Assist in maintaining media libraries and documentation of communication outputs.
  • Support communication with beneficiaries, communities, and partners to document program impact.
  • Ensure informed consent is obtained for all media materials featuring individuals, particularly vulnerable groups.
  • Support storytelling that highlights project outcomes while respecting confidentiality and protection standards.
  • Assist in organizing media-related events, campaigns, or workshops.
  • Maintain and manage media equipment (cameras, microphones, laptops, etc.) and software.
  • Provide logistical support to the Media Officer as required.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in media, Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in media, communications, or digital content creation.
    • Experience with NGOs or humanitarian organizations is an advantage.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
    • Good writing and storytelling skills in Arabic; basic English is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with social media management and online content dissemination.
    • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is preferred.
