- Coordinate with the Seed Multiplication Directorate to identify and distribute the approved varieties.
- Supervise the operation of the screening and sterilization machine, ensuring the safety of packaging and storage processes.
- Evaluate the quality of improved seeds and provide recommendations for enhancing production.
- Prepare a guide for farmers on modern agricultural practices.
- Design and implement training sessions for farmers on water management, the use of organic fertilizers, and sustainable farming techniques.
- Monitor the performance of agricultural extension units and provide technical support to local staff.
- Collect and analyze productivity data from targeted fields to measure the impact of interventions.
- A university degree or a diploma in agricultural engineering or any related field.
- Relevant practical experience of no less than one year.
- Technical knowledge of seeds, soil, and irrigation systems.
- Experience in agricultural training and preparing guidance content.
- Ability to coordinate with government and community entities.
- Proficiency in using data collection and analysis tools.
