• Monthly prepare the project spending plan in coordination with the Project Coordinator
• Budget control , plan project expenses and verify compliance with the monthly plan.
• Register all transactions on the financial system according to SOS standards.
• Prepare cash & advances reconciliations on a monthly basis .
• Prepare all needed financial documents for the external auditing missions.
• Support the project Coordinator in providing relevant financial information .
• Financial project phasing out, and participating to finalize the final financial report.
• Prepare monthly financial reports related to the project and collection thier supporting documents.
• Budget tracking of the project expenses in accordance with approved budget .
• Financial advances clearance and classify according to SOS chart of accounts .
• Compliance with financial deadline for the accounting and reports
• Prepare Loans and Loan Installment Payments of beneficiaries on a monthly basis .
• Follow-up and Review Monthly purchases of the project According To Monthly plan .
• Preparing the annual budget for the project with the Project Coordinator .
• Preparing the payment requests of the project according to the monthly plan .
• Follow up the project budget , cash , advances and supporting docuemnts .
• E-archiving process of all the financial documents for all projects on daily basis.

•Responsible within own area of work to prevent and protect children of all forms of abuse, abandonment, exploitation, violence and discrimination based on SOS Child Protection Policy principles
•Responsible for reporting any CS suspicion, concern, allegation or incident immediately following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures. CS reports should be made to the national CS focal person or any other member of the national CS team and/or to the respective line manager
-University degree in Finance or Accountancy qualifications
-2 years’ experience related to financial and administrative.

-Remain calm, in control and good humored even under pressure

-Good Level of English language
-Intermediate level in using MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Experience and readiness to work in a team.
-Readiness to improve his/her qualifications
