Coordinate and manage all aspects of project implementation to ensure objectives are met within the approved timeline and budget.
Monitor project activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and operational requirements.
Work closely with field teams and partners to facilitate smooth operations.
Develop detailed work plans and schedules to ensure timely execution of activities.
Prepare periodic progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Assess overall project performance and suggest improvements as needed.
Participate in the development of new project proposals, including setting objectives, expected outcomes, and budgets.
Maintain strong relationships with donors, local partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
Ensure adherence to accountability requirements and conduct regular assessments to align activities with humanitarian standards.
Identify potential project risks and propose proactive solutions.
Organize regular meetings with field teams to review progress and address challenges.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and good governance practices.
Develop and implement capacity-building plans for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in project management best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in NGOs, INGOs, or UN organizations in project management.
Strong knowledge of project monitoring and evaluation methodologies and tools.
Experience in developing technical tools and guidelines for M&E.
Strong analytical, evaluation, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presentations.
Experience in strategic planning and performance management, including indicator selection and reporting.
