Welcome families and children and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Record children's data for educational activities and verify before submission.
Follow up on visitors' attendance as per the schedule.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
Handle office tasks (typing, printing, documentation, etc.)
Collaborate flexibly with JRS teams and provide support as needed.
Support data entry when requested.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project director.
Intermediate Institute.
At least one year of Work experience in similar field.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Ability to work independently, organize work, adhere to the specified schedule.
Time Management skills and Ability to work under pressure.
Reliability, listening, flexibility, attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality.
