Job Profile
The Health & Nutrition Coordinator - NWS is a crucial member of RI’s Syria team, based in Northwest Syria and covering Idleb, Aleppo and Hama governorates, working under the supervision of the Project Manager. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the Health and Nutrition field team in NWS and providing managerial and technical oversight of all activities, including those implemented at supported Health Facilities (PHCs and hospitals) and through mobile medical units (MMUs). Working under the guidance of the Project Manager - NWS and the H&N Advisor (Country office), the Coordinator organizes and supervises the field work of the H&N team in NWS, ensures the overall quality implementation of activities, provides technical supervision and capacity-building for field-based staff, ensures clinical quality, addresses technical gaps in a timely manner, and contributes to coordination and internal & donor reporting.
