Job description
Job Purpose
The CP Case Worker will be responsible of the response CP cases through the case management service according to specific steps and planned interventions.
Maintains confidentiality, respects the privacy of all cases, and documents those cases, complying with all standards of information protection and security. Applies the standard cases of CP approved by the organization.
1. Identify and receive CP cases.
2. Conducting initial and full case assessments to determine the response or intervention plan for each case.
3. Develop case management plans that meet the needs identified in risks and comprehensive assessments, and obtain support from the supervisor.
4. Implementing the case plan according to the specified dates, with following up the implementation steps, evaluating them and redesigning them when needed, with the support of the supervisor.
5. Referring cases to other services when needed and according to the plan.
6. Conducting a final evaluation for cases after receiving the services specified within the plan to reach a decision to close the cases.
7. Close cases according to case management standards.
8. Document the case files for each case separately, and update the files continuously according to the plan.
9. Respecting the confidentiality and privacy of cases and files for each case in accordance to the criteria for protecting information in case management.
10. Performing any other tasks assigned to the supervisor or project manager regarding case management.
11. Respect and apply all principles of protection from sexual exploitation and abuse and the child safeguarding policy, and the obligation to report any incidents of sexual exploitation or abuse or any breach of the child safeguarding policy.

• Commitment to implementing the child
safeguarding and PSEA policy by considering
them when planning and designing activities as
well as when receiving complaints or observing
issues related to this matter and fulfill their
obligation to report it directly via the assigned
channels or directly to senior management.
Raising awareness to their assigned staff of the
child safeguarding and PSEA policy plus
reporting mechanisms and how to deal with it.
Essential:
1. At least a university degree or university student in education, psychology and or a major closely related to the required work.
2. At least one years’ work experience in case management.
3. Or a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in CP case management.

1. Have knowledge of basic and additional training such as CP case management, Child Protection in emergency
