Lead and supervise the project team workers to ensure effective implementation of activities.
• Ensure all project workers understand and adhere to GBV best-practice principles, Gender Equality and Social
Inclusion (GESI), Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH), and Safeguarding
(SG) policies, including strict confidentiality.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager (Team Supervisor).
Project Planning and Coordination
• Assist in the development of all project and sector Community Liaison (CL) work plans.
• Assist in the development of operational work plans as required.
• Develop work plans for sector community liaison activities in coordination with the EORE & NTS Supervisor
• Coordinate planned sector CL activities with partners, stakeholders, government agencies/authorities, and
communities to facilitate implementation by the CL Officers/Teams.
• Actively participate in Community Liaison Coordination Meetings.
Implementation and Supervision
• Ensure that Community Liaison Officers and Teams implement activities in accordance with the approved work
plans.
• Lead coordination and support efforts to ensure timely and quality delivery of CL activities.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Risk Management
• Evaluate the progress of activities, define performance indicators, and structure operational data collection in
coordination with the Supervisor and MEAL Department.
• Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure effectiveness and consistency in implementation.
• Monitor the project risk level and the success of risk mitigation plans and report findings to the Manager and
Team Supervisor to address concerns proactively.
University or institute degree in a related field Social Studies, humanitarian studies, or
International Development. Significant relevant work experience in these specific areas will be
considered as an added value
General Work Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Experience in managing a small team, ensuring that work is of a consistently high quality
• Experience in using participatory techniques to gather information in at-risk communities
• Experience in carrying out community-based mine risk education activities or similar
• Experience in planning and organizing activities

• Microsoft Office skills including, excel, word, outlook, etc.
• communication skills: negotiating, facilitating, and presenting as well as strong verbal and
written communication skills.
