● Bachelor’s degree in research methodologies, social sciences, or related disciplines;
● An advanced degree is a plus

Experience and Qualifications
● Years of experience required for the Officer level is 5 years
● Previous experience in working and monitoring projects remotely;
● Previous experience in remote data collection and analysis;
● Ability to complete tasks in both Arabic and English;
● Proven experience using qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis tools;
● Knowledge of participatory methods, mixed methods, outcome mapping, and/or impact
evaluation techniques;
● A collaborative working style that enables coaching and training in M& E principles and
best-practices;
● Demonstrated capacity to coordinate evaluations, including experience developing
evaluation terms of reference and recruiting and managing consultants;
● Knowledge of data software such as STATA and SPSS is an extra.
● Excellent analytical and report writing skills;
● A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and the ability to work in
diverse workplace environments; and
● Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize workflow to tight timeframes, handle multiple
tasks, and be flexible with changing priorities.
● A plus but not required: Knowledge of AI tools for data collection.
