Assessing the cases of children at risk.
Following the six steps of case management according to each child's situation and needs.
Referring the identified child to specialized services (internal and / or external) in coordination with the
CP coordinator and other programs.Providing monthly reports to the Program Coordinator on children cases and follow-up.
Assisting in developing awareness materials and activities in coordination with children needs.
Coordinating with child protection volunteers for some cases of children, especially when home visits are needed
Holding regular meetings with members of "Children's Clubs" to identify cases of children at risk and provide the needed support in providing the required services.
Updating and manage the database of case management.
Participating in relevant training and meetings as required.
All other volunteering tasks might be required to improve working process.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education, Kindergarten Master is Preferable.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Good command of the English language.
Good command of the MS Word and Excel.
Previous experience with non-profit organizations would be a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines.
Time Management skills.
Commitment to the vision, mission, values, principles, and aims of GOPA-DERD.
Flexibility and ability to casily adaps to changing needs in a fast-paced work environment.
