The role ensures accurate, professional, and customer-focused service throughout the booking and travel preparation process.
- Provide excellent customer service by offering accurate information on Fly Cham fares, issuing tickets, and selling related products and services professionally.
- Meet and exceed service quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Issue and modify Fly Cham tickets accurately according to customer needs and applicable procedures.
- Issue and modify onward tickets for interline journeys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Inform customers about travel requirements, including passport, visa, health requirements, and check-in details.
- Assist customers in preparing for their journey by providing clear and accurate travel information.
- Promote additional products and services, including Cham Miles membership, bookings, upgraded fares, and other Fly Cham services.
- Stay updated on Fly Cham news, updates, fares, destinations, and services to ensure accurate information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure all ticketing and customer service activities are handled accurately and in accordance with Fly Cham policies, procedures, and service standards.
Bachelor degree in tourism or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer service, ticketing, reservations, or related field.
Good command of English (spoken & written)
Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive attitude.
