To carry out all monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities related to the project to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Conduct oral interviews, focus group discussions, and fill out both paper-based and electronic questionnaires related to project activities, ensuring accurate data collection.
• Verify, clean, and validate the accuracy and quality of the collected data.
• Follow up on all monitoring and evaluation activities related to the project.
• Report all information related to the implementation of project activities to the MEAL Coordinator.
• Receive and follow up on all complaints related to project activities.
• Respect and apply all principles of PSEA, and demonstrate a strong commitment to reporting any incident immediately.
Note: The responsibilities listed above are the primary duties. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the future based on the organization’s structure and departmental needs.
• University degree.
• Minimum of one year of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Familiarity with and commitment to humanitarian standards.
• Ability to conduct field visits.
• Good command of English language.
• Experience in designing data collection tools and strategies, analyzing data, and producing reports.
