Global Harmony Foundation (GHF) is a Syrian non-profit organization working to promote peace, development, and resilience in conflict-affected communities. Through its Triple Nexus approach, GHF integrates humanitarian assistance, development, and peacebuilding to create sustainable impact and empower vulnerable populations—especially women, youth, marginalized groups, and survivors

The Finance & Administration Officer will support both financial management and administrative operations of the BRIDGE project, ensuring accurate financial processing, proper documentation, and smooth administrative and logistical support. This role combines finance and administration responsibilities, including procurement support, office coordination, and financial reporting in line with organizational and donor requirements

Support budgeting, financial tracking, and expense monitoring

Process payments, invoices, and financial documentation

Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

Support procurement processes (requests, quotations, documentation)

Provide administrative and office support (filing, coordination, correspondence)

Assist in logistics arrangements for meetings, workshops, and field activities

Ensure compliance with financial and administrative procedures

Support audit preparation and documentation

Coordinate with programs, logistics, and field teams

Maintain confidentiality of financial and administrative records

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and/or administration (NGO experience preferred)

Strong understanding of financial procedures and administrative systems

Strong Excel and documentation skills

Experience in procurement or office administration is an asset

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Fluency in Arabic and English
