Through its Triple Nexus approach, GHF integrates humanitarian assistance, development, and peacebuilding to create sustainable impact and empower vulnerable populations—especially women, youth, marginalized groups, and survivors
The Field Assistant will support the implementation of field activities under the BRIDGE project in Yarmouk Camp, Daraya, and Zabadani. The role focuses on community outreach, participant mobilization, logistical field support, and assisting in the implementation of dialogue sessions, awareness activities, and restorative justice components
Priority will be given to applicants residing in Yarmouk Camp, Daraya, and Zabadani due to operational access requirements
Support daily field-level implementation of project activities
Assist in mobilizing participants for sessions and workshops
Facilitate communication with community members and local actors
Support logistics for meetings, trainings, and field visits
Assist in data collection and documentation
Report field observations and feedback to the project team
Ensure safe and inclusive engagement with beneficiaries
Support distribution of materials and field coordination
Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding standards
Assist in translation or interpretation when needed
Secondary education or bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field
1–3 years of experience in fieldwork or community-based projects
Strong familiarity with target locations (Yarmouk, Daraya, Zabadani preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in challenging field conditions
Basic reporting and documentation skills
Fluency in Arabic (English is an asset)
Commitment to safeguarding and humanitarian principles
