A thorough reference and background check will be performed, including an investigation into any allegations of child abuse or sexual abuse.
Under the supervision of the project officer, WASH and SNFI PA is responsible for participate/lead BOQ production, prepare reports, follow up project implementation in the field and evaluate the technical work of contractors and participate/supports WASH/shelter departments.
He / She will be joining a motivated, supporting, and skilled WASH and Shelter team in expansion, currently supervising diverse projects in Hasake and Deir Ezzor governorate.,

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum years of relevant experience in NGO WASH sectors.
- Preference given to candidates with ACTED experience.
- Minimum 1 year of field experience supervising WASH infrastructure rehabilitation:
- Water station rehabilitation
- WASH facilities in clinics/schools
- Collective centres rehabilitation
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated expertise in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) production.
- Proven ability to produce technical assessments and activity reports.
Language & Mobility
- Basic in English and Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken).
- Ability to travel locally/regionally as required.
