Preparing and implementing media, advertising, and promotional plans and programs that reflect the Foundation's presence and the importance of its activities.
• Developing and implementing short- and long-term communication and marketing strategies to ensure sustainable growth rates.
• Managing the media team and contractors to produce diverse content (visual, audio, and written) that aligns with the Foundation's vision and objectives.
• Overseeing the quality of all media outputs and promotional materials before publication.
• Managing and developing the Foundation's official websites and digital platforms and improving public engagement with them.
• Building positive relationships with media outlets (newspapers, channels, radio stations, and digital platforms) to enhance the Foundation's media presence.
• Preparing and issuing press releases and official statements, and verifying their accuracy before publication.
• Planning and implementing media and field campaigns and events to enhance the Foundation's image and increase awareness of its activities.
• Organizing advocacy campaigns to support specific humanitarian causes and mobilize support from the public and decision-makers.
• Managing the media aspects of fundraising campaigns and providing the necessary materials to support these campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze feedback on media activities and campaigns, and provide recommendations for improving performance.
• Monitor media coverage of the organization and provide relevant information to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the organization of conferences and events related to the organization.
• Ensure compliance with copyright and proper use of media materials.
• Perform any other duties related to the field of work, as directed by management.
Bachelor's degree in media, mass communications, marketing, or a related field.
At least seven years of experience in the field of media and communications, including three years in administrative positions.
At least five years of experience in the field of communications.
Proven experience in managing media campaigns, advocacy, and digital marketing, both locally and internationally.
