• Providing technical advice to field teams on the design and implementation of social cohesion activities.
• Contributing to the development of strategies and action plans for interventions related to early recovery and reducing community tensions.
• Reviewing and developing project proposals to ensure effective integration of social cohesion components.
2. Implementation and Follow-up:
• Supporting the implementation of peacebuilding activities, community dialogue, and joint initiatives between different community groups.
• Monitoring the implementation of field activities and ensuring compliance with the Do No Harm principles.
• Supervising the collection and analysis of field data to reflect the impact of interventions on social relations.
3. Capacity Building:
• Designing and implementing trainings for staff and local partners on conflict analysis tools, community dialogue, and social cohesion building.
• Strengthening the capacity of early recovery teams to integrate social cohesion approaches into their activities.
4. Coordination and Partnerships:
• Representing the organization in coordination meetings related to social cohesion and early recovery.
• Building effective relationships with community leaders, local authorities, and civil society organizations.
• Coordination with other sectors (protection, livelihoods, education, etc.) to ensure the integration of social cohesion activities.
5. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:
• Contributing to the development of monitoring and evaluation tools to measure the impact of social cohesion activities.
• Preparing periodic technical reports outlining progress, lessons learned, and challenges.
• Supporting the documentation of success stories and inspiring community experiences.
