1. CMS and Data Management

  • Maintain and update the Case Management System and associated databases, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely information.

  • Edit, clean, and verify case data to maintain consistency and reliability.

  • Implement changes and updates in the system as required by the Case Management team.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and data access in line with confidentiality standards.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or developers for technical solutions.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Produce accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports for the Case Management team lead, Program Director, and donors.

  • Develop and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and visualizations (charts, graphs, maps) for internal and external use.

  • Support trend analysis and monitoring of key indicators to inform program decisions and planning.

  • Ensure that reports comply with organizational standards and donor requirements.

3. System Improvement and Change Management

  • Identify opportunities to improve CMS functionality, workflows, and reporting processes.

  • Support implementation of system upgrades, new modules, or digital tools to improve case management efficiency.

  • Facilitate changes requested by Case Management Coordinators and ensure smooth adoption by staff based on approval from Case Management team lead or Project Director.

  • Document system processes, workflows, and updates for future reference.

4. Capacity Building and Technical Support

  • Train Case Management staff on CMS use, reporting tools, and data entry standards.

  • Provide ongoing technical support to ensure proper use of systems and software.

  • Assist in developing guidance, SOPs, and quick reference materials for data management and reporting.

5. Coordination

  • Work closely with the Case Management team to ensure data flows efficiently from field teams to reporting outputs.

  • Serve as the focal point for any CMS-related queries from Case Management Coordinators and Capacity Development staff.

  • Support Program Director and Case Management team in presenting accurate and actionable information.

6. Compliance and Confidentiality

  • Ensure all data is managed in compliance with organizational policies, data protection standards, and safeguarding principles.

  • Monitor and control access to sensitive information to protect client confidentiality.

7. Other Duties

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Case Management Team Lead or Program Director.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Social Work, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4-year experience in Data / Project management. 

  • Strong experience in case management information systems (e.g., CPIMS+, Primero, GBVIMS+, or similar).

  • Hands-on experience with system maintenance, data editing, and facilitating accurate reporting.

  • Experience in capacity building or training staff on data systems is an asset

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, databases, reporting tools, and data visualization software.

  • Knowledge of data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding protocols.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications. 

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. 

  • Good language skills in Arabic 

  • Advanced English skills. 

  • Work under pressure. 

  • High personal skills, Commitment, efficiency, flexibility, and drive for results. 

  • Ability to stay composed and positive even in difficult moments, handle tense situations with diplomacy and tact, and have consistent behavior toward others. 

  • Having clean records through his past careers within INGOs. 

  • Ability to travel to all the program areas.
