Following up the beneficiaries in the field, accomplishing the daily visits, provide advice and guidance, and fill out detailed work schedules to follow up the activities of the selected beneficiaries’ projects in the target area.
Forecasting the sources and resources needed to achieve the objectives of the beneficiaries' projects and managing project resources in an effective manner that achieves its efficiency
Supporting beneficiaries by purchasing the raw materials (in terms of, prices, season). In addition to the needed equipment to start projects and assisting the beneficiaries in organizing, managing the contracts and bills of paying the suppliers according to the work plan submitted by the beneficiary and obtaining the related bills.
Manage the risks that the project may face, solve problems in an optimal and timely manner, and report any emergency to the direct supervisor as soon as it occurs.
Advise the beneficiaries on the best use of the materials to be purchased to start implementing the project activities and ensure that all the beneficiaries’ project activities are launched on time/mentioned in the action plans submitted by the beneficiaries.
Providing advice, guidance and support to the beneficiaries in their production and providing stakeholders with all updates of the beneficiaries’ projects periodically, with the aim of providing support on the processes: promotion, communication with customers, prices, business plans
Assisting in the process of identifying the beneficiaries' projects and defining the scope and objectives of each project individually.
Keep track of all project costs to ensure that each project's budget is covered as it should.
Preparing the required reports regarding the status of the beneficiaries' projects and submitting them to the direct manager.
Fill out the complete documents describing the beneficiaries' projects and submit them to the direct manager for retention.
Coordination with the project team in order to implement the field visits in accordance with the established plans.
Support the organization with activities during the agreement period (eg - grant distribution, business training, collecting data, attending meetings and follow-up)
Deep understanding of the local context and how to motivate it and empower the vulnerable, especially women, and coordinate with the referral department in this regard
Following instructions by the organization and report any problems to the organization
Any tasks that the line manager may ask him/her to accomplish.
The ability to participate in the training courses conducted by the organization for the beneficiaries.
Eligibility criteria/ expertise:
At least one year of experience in humanitarian work especially livelihoods and early recovery projects.
Proven experience in field-level follow-up, coaching, and supervision of small business grants, Cash for work, and/ or Self-help Groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to use digital tools for reporting and data collection

The ability to prepare reports and provide management with feedback on all the stages that he supervised.
Providing the necessary inputs to the project manager and reporting the encountered obstacles during work.
Able to provide modern education methods, motivation, guidance, and consultation to beneficiaries.
