The Trainer will design and deliver capacity-building sessions on trauma-informed care and transitional justice for institutional actors and community stakeholders under the BRIDGE project
Design training curriculum and materials
Deliver interactive training sessions
Apply trauma-informed and participatory methodologies
Facilitate discussions and group exercises
Adapt content to different audiences
Conduct pre/post assessments
Submit training reports
Ensure safeguarding and safe learning environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field
3–5 years of training experience
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care / transitional justice
Experience with adult learning methodologies
Strong facilitation skills
Experience in humanitarian/peacebuilding contexts
Fluency in Arabic and English
